Fitness
Scuba diving is for everyone; all you need is a love for the sport and an open mind to try something new.
Water Skills & Stamina
Basic swimming skills are helpful, as the course includes a 10-minute float or tread water and a 200-meter swim.
Minimum Age
To start your certification, you must be at least 10 years old.
